SQLDUMPER library failed to initialize error:
Sometimes, we used to get this kind of error while starting SQL Server (or) while start or shut down of windows operating system. This is due to improper installation of SQL Server.
Solution:
Goto control panel=>administrative tools->services. Stop unwanted sql server related services. Specifically check for SQL Server VSS writer services. Right click and stop it.
Probably, you wont get any errors.

I have the same problem,"SQL dumper lbrary failed initialization"
ReplyDeleteI cannot access Add/RAemove programs because the screen stops at windows XP and does not load from there.
Any suggestions?

Probably, You dont have specific previleges in Operating system to perform this task.
